Ed & Charline Breazeale - Owners/Agents

 Ed: Lake County is my home. I came here in 1972 for a short stint and stayed. I am a general engineering contractor by trade and worked in the Geysers for many years. In 1989 I switched gears and went into real estate full time. I quit moving dirt and now I just deal in dirt. I know a little bit about almost every piece of property in this end of the County. When you enter the Ed B Co office you are in the no-spin zone. We give an honest opinion on the things we market. We are your neighbors we look forward to seeing you on the street or around town on a regular basis.

  • Charline: Even though I am an agent, I do my work in the office and behind the scenes.
    I am available to help the agents and realtors in my office with whatever they need. Plus answering the phone and taking care of the multiple listing service. I like real estate and I like meeting the special people who come through our doors. Call me and say hello.

I have owned property in Lake County since the mid 1980's and have lived here since 1991. My wife's family has been here since the early 1900's. I grew up in San Jose, where my family owned a motel business. I started working at the age of 13 for the local minor league baseball team. I have been self-employed since 1976 in two separate businesses. I have enjoyed working with people my whole life.
